Thanks Kimo Muraki

Thanks to Kimo Muraki for spending some time with the band in studio last night.  Kimo, one of Seattles most well know musicians took time out of his schedule to lay down some Pedal Steel tracks for Aces Up's live show.  It was clear in about 5 min that Kimo was a true professional, and he was able to lay down all the tracks in less than two hours.  We were all truly impressed by Kimo as a person and as a musician.  Thanks again Kimo and we look forward working with you in the future.

Back Acres Photo Shoot with Sasha-Stefan Art

Aces Up invaded Back Acres horse farm in Enumclaw,Wa today to meet with Sasha from Sasha-Stefan Art for a photo shoot.  New promotional photos, which included the entire final band roaster, including new drummer Nick Platter, were needed to update the bands media profiles and press kits.  All of the current promotional pictures included prior band members, or only Jason, Joshua, and Tyler.

Back Acres was the perfect location for the photo shoot with it's well maintained grounds a beautiful location.  Owners Anthony and Christine Haskins were kind enough to allow the band use of thier gorgeous propery free of charge dispite the fact that Back Acres is a full-time working equine facility.  The shoot went like clock work and Sasha did an amazing job.  The new photos will be released by managment in the next couple of weeks.  We'll be taking you behind the scenes of the photo shoot on next weeks episode of "Aces Upisodes," so be sure to check it out.

Ace Up Welcomes Drummer Nick Platter

We would like to take a moment to announce the addition of Nick Platter to the Aces Up team. It's been a hell of a process trying to find someone to fill the slot behind the drums, and as you know we've had several people pass through the ranks to come to this point.
